Still plan on attending and I did find a motel in Nicholsville so I can stay Thursday night and Sunday night. Too much or a drive for me on the bike without staying overnight.

My guys want to know what the event will be like this year. Last year, we finally made it to an all federal encampment and had to be the token confederates.

They loved the grounds and history, but really don't want to drive that far if it is going to be a mounted competition event, which is what we were told this year would be.

We have another event back-to-back with it, so I'm not sure how many have the vacation days to spend.

Any idea of what we can expect?
